Dear Ohio Camping Conference Exhibitor:
The 2007 Ohio Camping Conference plans
are well underway. This year we are moving
to a new location that will provide greater access and availability for participants
to interact with vendors, and we have built in one hour of unopposed exhibitor time.
The rooms for presentation will be on either side of a large corridor. The vendor's
tables will be located in the corridor area. As participants arrive, registration
will be in this open area as well as coffee and juice for participants as they
gather in the area vendors will be located. As participants travel from session to
session they will walk through the vendor area, including the extra time around the
lunch hour. At 3pm, there will be unopposed vendor time with a dessert buffet being
served in this area for participants. We expect this new format will provide you
with greater exposure and contact with our participants.
The ACA Ohio Section is looking forward to seeing you at the Ohio Camping Conference
on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on High Street
in downtown Columbus. The conference has grown over the past few years and this
year we are expecting about 200 participants.
We would like you to consider being an exhibitor in 2007. Exhibit space is limited
and will be taken on a first come (Registration with payment) first serve basis.
